The onboarding process takes whatever form you’d like! We have a site to walk you through giving controlled access to your ad accounts in both video and text form.

In addition to this we are always more than happy to hop on a phone or video call.

Audits do require giving some sort of controlled access to our reps.  We have a quick guide on our portal and are always more than happy to schedule a call to walk you through the process or any potential questions you may have.

After we’ve secured proper access the audit usually takes about 3-5 business days.

There a various ways depending on your preference: Dropbox, a shared Google Photos gallery, an on-site transfer (depending on service), and a multitude more. Clients can always request a preferred method. 

Of course! We want transparency and you to have ownership on your account. Lone Antler is given access through permissioned roles that you set and can revoke at any point. 

Being able to view the backend of you marketing and not only trust, but verify is the way we maintain happy, healthy clients. It’s also how we would want it done if we were in your shoes.

Usually well within 24 hours, but times when we are overloaded up to 48-72 hours.

Usually 2-3 days. Depending on the quantity of footage and or amount of pictures. 

If you have a vision for a site we can either email or video call (preferred) in order to accommodate your needs. Timeline is dependent on level of intricacy. Finalized product will be reviewed either with client or through a video walkthrough and approved.
